Most of us do not have relations with cooking recipes to build muscle. With a little ingenuity , you can make healthy recipes high in protein at every turn in the kitchen and there is a " muscle muffin " recipe of my favorites! For those of you leaders muscular male - no need to fear cooking! No, it is not necessary to use oven mitts for grandmothers and an apron to cook up delicious pastries . In a few steps and less than 30 minutes, you can whip up some recipes to build muscle and you can start with this protein banana oatmeal muffin recipe Muscle up!
ingredients:
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup egg whites
- ½ cup low- fat Greek yogurt normal
- ¾ cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
- ¼ cup sugar substitute ( Splenda , Sweet n Low , etc)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons low -fat Greek yogurt
To do this :
1 . Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray to prevent muffins from sticking to the pan.
Two . In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth and bumps are resolved. Nobody wants to bite a piece of protein powder or a group of oatmeal ! Then spread evenly over the muffin tray fill all the way to the top.
Three . Pull the tray in the oven for about 17 minutes. Whether it is cooked , try inserting a toothpick or a fork in the cupcakes . By removing the toothpick , if it sticks in the waste muffin toothpick done!
April. Finish your high protein recipe creation with Greek yogurt as a good polish and enjoy! Makes 12 servings . For maximum freshness , store the rest of cupcakes in the refrigerator to enjoy all week.
